New paint, floors, lighting, and contemporary furnishings elevated the look and feel of this home’s living space. We made relatively simple changes like adding full glass doors to bring in more light and took the curtains to the ceiling to make the room feel taller. We also made functional changes like turning unused space under the stairs into a coat closet and removing the heavy stair rails to broaden the staircase.
